Your profile: name, phone, email, address, and profile photo
KYC and background verification documents (for riders)
Merchant business details and catalog data (for merchants)
In-app support chat history with Peddi, the PeddalDrop assistant
Saved addresses, delivery preferences, and app usage history
Retained for a limited period, as required by law:
Delivery and payment transaction records — retained up to 8 years for tax and accounting compliance, then permanently deleted
Records relevant to an active dispute, fraud investigation, or legal claim — retained until fully resolved
